Bruschetta with prosciutto and tomatoes

You will need:
  • baguette
  • tomatoes
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • spreadable cream cheese
  • prosciutto crudo

Cut the baguette into thin slices and toast them until golden brown, add a couple of drops of olive oil on one side and lightly rub a garlic clove 3-4 times evenly on that side. Spread a layer of cream cheese and on top add a generous amount of finely diced seasoned tomatoes. Finish the bruschetta with prosciutto crudo.
