Crush the bananas with a fork and mix them with milk, eggs, oil and vanilla extract until you get a homogeneous batter. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until it's well blended.
Heat a skillet and add a ladder of batter. Let it cook for 3 to 4 min on medium heat.
When you see bubbles forming on top, it's time to flip the pancake and let it cook for another 1-2 min on the other side. Repeat the process until you finish the batter. Serve them with maple syrup and fresh fruits or with your favorite jam.
