Apple cake

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 9 tablespoon white sugar
  • 9 tablespoon oil
  • 9 tablespoon of milk
  • 12 tablespoon white flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 kg apple
  • 4 tablespoon withe sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

First step is to prepare the cake batter. For this start by mixing the eggs together with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and continue to mix. at this point you can add the oil. Now you have to add the flour mixed with baking powder and the milk one spoon at a time.

Separately prepare the apples. Grind the apples - medium coarse, add 4 tablespoon of sugar and start cooking them on medium heat mixing them from time to time until all the water from the apples is evaporated completely. Take them out of the heat and add the cinnamon. Let them rest a bit.

Preheat the oven at 180 C. Use a baking tray (24x24 cm). On top of the tray add some baking paper and add half of the batter from step 1. Put the tray in the oven for ~10 min. Get the tray out, add the apples and then pour the other half of the batter on top, Add the tray back and keep it for another ~30 min until it turns golden brown. Take the cake out and let it to rest until completely cooled. You can add some powder sugar on top or eat it as is.
