Meatloaf

You will need:
  • 1 kg pork minced meat
  • 200 g pork pate
  • 7-8 green onions
  • 5-6 green garlic
  • fresh dill&parsley
  • 2-3 slices of bread
  • 9 eggs
  • salt&pepper

First step is to prepare the vegetables, so start by chopping the onion, garlic and also the dill and parsley. Mix the meat together with 2 eggs, pork pate, the green chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and also the bread soaked in water and squeezed very well. Let the mix rest for 10-15 min in order for the flavors to combine. Separately hard boil 6 eggs.

In a cake tray covered with baking paper place 1/4 meat mix, add a row with 3 boiled eggs ( without shell of course :) ) and then another 1/4 meat mix. Repeat the same procedure for the second tray. The ingredients are enough for two trays of meatloaf. Coat the meatloaf with a beaten egg and place the trays in the preheated oven (170 C degrees) for approximately 50-60 minutes until they are turning golden brown.

Let the meatloaf cool down before cutting it into slices. It can be a great appetizer or a holiday treat for the breakfast.
